Orders are generally delivered within 24/48 working hours from the date the payment is credited.

You may request order cancellation by email up until the moment of shipment. If the material has not yet been handed over to the courier and has not been prepared, no management costs will be charged. If, on the other hand, the order has not been shipped but has already been prepared, a management fee equal to 15% of the total amount will be charged.

Yes, the minimum order quantity depends on the minimum total amount of €100, and the format in which you will receive the material is a roll in multiples of 5 meters.

You can pay by bank transfer.

You may collect your material, once you have received the ready-goods notice, using your own means from our warehouse. Alternatively, shipment will be handled by a carrier according to the instructions provided during the order phase:

1. if during the order you specify carriage forward, you will need to arrange the shipment yourself with your trusted carrier;
2. if instead you specify carriage paid with invoice charge, we will handle the shipment with one of our usual carriers and inform you of the cost during order confirmation.

Shipping costs are indicated during the order confirmation stage, together with the type of packaging suitable for safe shipment. Costs vary depending on the delivery area, the weight and the volume of the purchased goods.
