You can request order cancellation via email until the shipment date. If the material has not yet been handed over to the courier and is not prepared, no management costs will be charged. If the order has been prepared but not shipped, a management fee of 15% of the total amount will be charged.

Yes, the minimum order quantity depends on the total amount of €100, and the format in which you will receive the material is in multiples of 5 meters.

How is the shipment handled?

You can pick up your material upon receipt of the ready goods notice with your own means at our warehouse. Alternatively, it will be handled by a carrier according to the methods indicated during the order:

  1. If you specify carrier-assigned during the order, you will need to arrange the assignment with your trusted carrier.
  2. If you specify carriage paid with invoice charge during the order, we will handle the shipment with one of our usual carriers, and we will inform you of the cost during the order confirmation.

Shipping costs are indicated during the order confirmation, along with the appropriate packaging type for secure shipment. Costs vary depending on the delivery area, weight, and volume of the purchased goods.
